Dictate turns speech into text. It is a writing aid published by Yeshwant Legal Associates. It is not a court stenographer, not a certified transcript, and not evidence by itself.
The app does not issue a certificate under section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, and it does not create a sworn or notarised record. If a forum needs a certificate, a transcript, or an affidavit, a qualified person must prepare that separately after checking the text.
Speech recognition and editing can mis-hear names, figures, dates, negatives, and legal terms. Read every line before you file, send, sign, or rely on it.
